Return and Cancellation Policy
Customer satisfaction is Gobachi Electronics’ top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 working days for a full refund, free of charge.
Terms and Conditions
- Refunds or exchanges are not available for:
- Used or damaged products
- Products with damaged packaging
- Products with missing accessories
- Products with scratches
- Products must be accompanied by the original sales invoice for exchanges and refunds.
- Refunds for items purchased by credit card will be credited only to the credit card account.
- Products that are dead on arrival, not functioning properly, or not as described in the product specification will be exchanged or refunded after testing by our personnel or a manufacturer’s authorized service centre technician, as applicable. This process can take up to 7 business days. Exchanges and refunds will be processed only after an investigation and/or technical report is completed.
- Gobachi Electronics is not responsible for the loss of data or information stored on devices at the time of return or exchange. We are not liable for transferring such data and information from an old device to a new one.
- Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once services have been performed.
- Store management will act in accordance with the above policies, and their decision will be final.
Compensation Terms
If you experience a lost shipment, please file a claim within 30 days of the dispatch date. We will compensate for lost shipments up to the declared value, but not exceeding 25 USD per order. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Return Handling
The cost of rearranging the delivery of each closed shipment will be the same as the domestic delivery rate. Please note that iMile reserves the right to handle returned packages that have been stored in our warehouse for an extended period.
Declared Value
Please ensure that you declare the actual product names and values. The declared value for customs must be within 3000 AED. Shipments with higher values will require additional verification.
Product Acceptance Limitations
Oversize, overweight, dangerous, and food shipments must be checked with us before shipping.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Fee - Standard
- AED 9.00 for the first 5KG
- AED 1.00 per additional 1KG between 5KG and 30KG
- AED 3.00 extra fee for remote areas
- AED 1.00 service fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Dimension and Weight Limitations
- Maximum parcel dimensions (L x W x H): 50cm x 50cm x 50cm
- Maximum parcel weight: 30KG
- Only one parcel per order is accepted.
- Chargeable weight is calculated based on volume and actual weight, rounded up to the nearest 1KG.
Delivery Service Zone
- We offer delivery services in all cities across the United Arab Emirates. Please check our “UAE City Area List” for more details.
- An accurate receiver’s address and phone number are essential for successful delivery.
Delivery Timeframe
- Orders usually take 3-5 working days to deliver within the UAE.
- In the unlikely event that a product is not available with the supplier, Gobachi Electronics reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.
- Please expect delays in orders during events such as public holidays, sales promotions, DSF, and summer promotions.
- Delivery areas are limited to city limits only. Outside city areas, remote locations, and free zone areas are not covered under this delivery policy.
Installation
- Free installation service is applicable for refrigerators, washing machines, and dishwashers.
- Installation for categories other than those mentioned above will be charged extra, and terms and conditions apply.
